Mentorship is key at AO, and you will play a vital role in supporting and growing our team of veterans. Key Responsibilities : Lead and mentor a team of veterans, helping them excel in sales and client services.
Use your leadership experience to guide veterans through their career growth and professional development. Build strong relationships with your team through continuous communication and support.
Oversee the onboarding process of new veterans, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge for success. Document team activities, including client interactions, opportunities, and mentorship progress.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the team. Qualifications : Military veteran status preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills. Ability to inspire and guide fellow veterans toward success. Sales experience is beneficial but not required leadership and mentorship are key.
