Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and oversee loan closings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Handle collateral perfection tasks to maintain compliance and secure loan agreements.
• Manage file maintenance and ensure records are up-to-date and organized.
• Track ticklers and deadlines to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Respond to day-to-day inquiries and requests from lenders and customers.
• Collaborate closely with lenders and bank customers to provide seamless communication and service.
• Work effectively with other Commercial Loan Processors and Loan Operations team members to optimize processes.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies during loan processing.
• Support construction loan processing, including specialized documentation and tracking requirements.
• Previous experience in commercial loan processing, with a strong understanding of loan operations.
• Familiarity with collateral perfection processes and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in managing documentation and maintaining organized records.
• Ability to track and manage ticklers, deadlines, and follow-ups effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with lenders, customers, and team members.
• Experience working with construction loans is preferred.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
