Renuity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. This individual will be a key player in developing, enhancing, and maintaining our cutting-edge web and mobile applications across 8 different business units.

With a strong foundation in .NET languages, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server, the position will lead

our development efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions. This role demands a mix of technical prowess, customer interaction, and team leadership, making it perfect for a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in challenging environments

What You'll Do :

Lead the design and development of web and mobile applications, APIs, and microservices using .NET languages, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server

Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure their needs are met with high-quality deliverables

Conduct code reviews, commit high-quality code, identify and solve bugs, and manage the deployment of software across multiple platform instances

Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and integration with various services and databases

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, Data & Analytics, Marketing, QA, and operations, to deliver projects on time and within budget

Provide Service Desk support to fulfill requests and resolve bugs / issues within specified SLA’s for assigned categories and tasks

Compose and manage technical CRM documentation on an ongoing basis to ensure that records are up-to-date and current

Serve as a mentor to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team

Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and best practices in full-stack development, applying them to our projects to drive innovation and excellence

Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking, with the resilience to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations

Ability to learn quickly, identify challenges and apply the appropriate solutions

What You'll Bring :

B.S., or M.S., and / or 5+ years of industry experience in software development field

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET languages, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server

Strong experience in developing web and mobile applications, APIs, and microservices

Familiarity with modern development frameworks and architectural patterns

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across different business units, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines

A strong commitment to code quality, documentation, and sound testing practices

Resilient and adaptable, with the capacity to handle challenging situations with composure and strategic focus
