- Work Schedule : Monday - Friday 5 : 00p-8 : 00a and Weekends 48 hours on call. 7 on / 7 off or Week on two weeks off
- Staff Information : Staffed with mid-level support
- Requirements to apply : U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder
- Patient Information : Census is 2 patient transfers and 3 program admissions.
- Requirements to apply : -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)
- Names / numbers of 3 references
- Must have worked within the last 6 months
- Certifications : BLS and ACLS
- Experience : Have 2 years of experience
- Pay Information : 1099 - $8,125 a week
- W2 - $120k a year (work one week on and get two weeks off) or $170k a year (work one week on and get one week off) with benefits
- Credentialing time : 6-8 weeks
- Privileging Details : Fingerprints / background check is required
- Board Certification Requirements : Certified or Eligible
- EMR : CPRS system
- Malpractice insurance with Tail coverage
- Expenses : all-inclusive rate
- License State : Any State License Work
