Job Summary : As a TAM at Buchanan Technologies, you'll be a strategic partner to our customers, managing their technical needs and aligning our services with their business objectives.
Your expertise in BMC Helix, Azure, and Cloud Security will play a critical role in delivering technical guidance, support, and solution architecture that meet specific customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Relationship Management : Forge robust relationships with assigned customers, deeply understanding their business strategies, technical challenges, and needs.
- Technical Expertise : Demonstrate expert knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM solutions, Azure Management, and Cloud Security practices to provide authoritative support and guidance.
- Solution Architecture : Architect and manage customer-specific solutions using BMC Helix and Azure, ensuring secure and optimized cloud service usage.
- Technical Support and Escalation Management : Act as a primary contact for technical issues, offering advanced support and directing complex challenges to appropriate channels.
- Proactive Guidance : Advise on best practices for cloud service utilization, emphasizing cost efficiency, security postures, and performance enhancements.
- Strategic Account Planning : Develop and execute strategic account plans in sync with customer's IT roadmaps, focusing on cloud technology and security transformation.
- Monitoring and Reporting : Oversee customer usage of BMC Helix and Azure services, providing detailed reports and insights for resource management and budget optimization.
Additional Duties :
- Serve as a knowledgeable liaison for all BMC Helix and Azure cloud-related activities within the client environment.
- Provide single-point accountability for client satisfaction, project amendments, and IT service enhancements.
- Generate and manage support tickets with IT vendors, especially for BMC Helix and Azure services.
- Participate in the assessment of significant changes impacting contracts, with an emphasis on cloud services and security implications.
- Lead client meetings, including the presentation of operational reports, with a focus on cloud service performance and security status.
- Uphold strict adherence to service level agreements, especially regarding cloud services and security response times.
