Manage a portfolio of surety bond accounts—handling submissions, renewals, changes, and complianceAnalyze client history and financials to assess risk and determine appropriate bond solutionsCommunicate underwriting requirements and decisions clearly to clients and producersCoordinate claims communication and monitor claim progressBuild and strengthen relationships with clients, producers, and underwritersIdentify opportunities to cross-sell commercial linesWhat We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in surety bonds or bond-related underwriting / serviceActive Texas General Lines P&C license requiredAFSB designation preferred or in progressProficiency in Microsoft Office; Applied Epic preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracyExperience working with construction or real estate clients a plusReady to bring your surety expertise to a high-impact role?
