As a Concrete Construction Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the project bidding process, ensuring accurate estimates for structural concrete projects.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to assess project requirements and provide detailed cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate estimates.
• Gather and evaluate information to determine project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes.
• Prepare and present bid proposals to management and clients.
• Maintain organized records of estimates and project documentation.
• Assist in the negotiation of contracts and pricing with clients and suppliers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.

Qualifications :

• 8+ years concrete estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and labor costs.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
