Senior Restaurant Leader

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and developing restaurant managers to effectively manage their assigned restaurants, communicating company goals and expectations to restaurant managers, leading and developing high-performing management team members, and promoting an environment of urgency to satisfy guests.

• Leadership Experience : A minimum of five years of previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality management is required.
• Financial Acumen : A strong understanding of company financials and how to influence and ensure consistent, positive change in key restaurant metrics is essential.
• Organization Skills : Effective organization and follow-up with teams is critical for success.
