CHI Lakewood Health is recruiting a BE / BC Family Medicine Physician to join their growing facility.

The ideal candidate for this position will be :

• Must be a BE / BC Family Medicine Provider
• Experienced in Family Medicine with a desire to work in a traditional primary care clinic setting
• Full time 40-hour work week
• Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work well in a team-based care delivery model
• Possess a strong commitment to the creation of healthier communities
• This practice model supports outpatient clinic operations

Baudette, MN with a population of 935. Baudette is known as the Walleye Capital of the World. We are located just south of Lake of the Woods on State Highways 11 and 172. It is also located near Zippel Bay State Park and Beltrami Island State Forest.  We have an attractive community in an area known for its year round fishing and many outdoor activities. Pay Range

$170.57 - $179.10 / hour
