Job Title : Healthcare Team Lead
Location : WFH / REMOTE TX / NC / FL residents ONLY
TEMPORARY Role : November - February 202 5 (potential for conversion to perm NOT a guarantee)
Pay : $20.00 - $23.00 / hourly
Schedule : Monday Friday 8am 8pm Eastern Time Zone *Occasional Saturdays based on business need*
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead and coach remote teams performing Benefit Verifications.
- Monitor employee performance and ensure quality control.
- Support team members with issue resolution and task completion.
- Assist with training initiatives and communicate openly with staff.
- Escalate issues and propose solutions to supervisors.
Ideal Candidate :
- 2+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, insurance, or healthcare REQUIRED .
- 1+ years of supervisory / leadership experience REQUIRED .
- Knowledge of benefit investigations and remote team management preferred.
On-boarding Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Criminal Background & Drug Screening
- 2 verifiable employment references
