Under supervision, Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing skilled nursing and supportive care to patient, family and caregiver.
Participates in modification of the plan of treatment. Utilizes the nursing process to provide comfort, and care and maximizes the quality of life to the patient and family.

Education / Experience / Skills / Qualifications : A current license to practice as a Vocational Nurse in the State of California.
Minimum of two years' experience in patient care with one year in home care, hospice, or specified program preferred. Current CPR certification. Bi-Lingual Spanish helpful
