Consilio’s client, a prominent pharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced professional for a key role in Commercial Contracting, Real Estate Leasing, and Facilities Management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing leasing and facilities agreements, addressing disputes, and overseeing maintenance and cleaning for a variety of spaces.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage leasing and facilities agreements across multiple retail locations.
- Handle disputes and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Oversee maintenance and cleaning operations to ensure high standards are met.
- Provide support in various contracting areas as needed.
Key Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum of 7+ years in a similar role.
- Expertise : Proven track record in managing multiple retail locations.
- Skills : Self-directed with the ability to assist in diverse contracting areas as needed.
