Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a customized sales approach to establish and nurture a client base for Life Insurance & Health Sales in Solon, OH, US.
- Keep abreast of industry advancements, insurance products, and regulations to offer valuable guidance to clients, underwriters, sales team members, and account managers.
- Showcase the potential for becoming a respected leader in the realm of Life Insurance & Health Sales in Solon, OH, US.
Qualifications :
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities are crucial for success in this role.
- The candidate must be willing to obtain or already possess, a valid insurance license in the state of Ohio within 15 days.
- While prior experience in a similar position or as an insurance agent is beneficial, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Possession of a college degree is not a mandatory requirement for this position.
