Data Analyst
The primary responsibilities of this role, Data Analyst, are to :
149; Partner with Data Scientists and Software Developers to drive data alignment and consistency across the organization.
149; Deliver key datasets to enable our delivery of the product pipeline
149; Develop data assets needed to provide breeding insights to the global organization
149; Support analytic models and report creation to drive product decisions
149; Provide analytics and pipeline data support during peak times
149; Provide framework to support new IT tool implementation and testing
149; Willingness to support a fast pace and highly critical data flows in shorts amounts of time
149; Create ad-hoc reporting datasets to leadership
Required Qualifications :
149; Bachelor of Science with minimum of three years relevant experience; or a Master of Science with one year of relevant experience in life sciences or data analytics fields
149; Experience with R and / or Python, Java, Linux or other computing languages
149; Solid experience with PL-SQL a must.
149; Ability to prioritize tasks and projects
149; Ability to work as part of multidisciplinary / multicultural team
149; Excellent oral and written communication skills
149; Ability to excel in ambiguous environment; thinking objectively and leveraging information to develop corporate strategies and guidelines that effectively balances compliance and operations.
Preferred Qualifications :
149; Two years of experience with Python and R
149; Project management experience with the ability to drive projects to completion while working under tight timelines.
149; Proficient in enterprise data management and analysis software.
149; Experience leading IT strategies and building solutions to meet changing business needs.
