Overview
The Marketing Intern is responsible for supporting the Marketing Director, in a PART TIME position, with execution of social media marketing and events, as a part of the III Myles, Inc. Organization.
This includes :
- Creating social media graphics and videos that showcase Chick-fil-A products and teams in a friendly and positive light
- Assisting with the execution of team member-focused and community-focused events
- Serving as needed with other duties as assigned
Responsibilities
- Commit to 4 hours per week of on-site Operational work at Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard (hours include PM shifts)
- Create and publish content - including social media posts, restaurant flyers, capturing content, etc.
- Align all social accounts with national branding guidelines and market-level campaigns
- Manage the social media accounts scheduling posts, responding to guest inquiries & feedback, monitoring engagement, etc.
- Commit to Chick-fil-A Training and Hospitality standards when on the premises of either restaurant, posting on social channels, and representing Chick-fil-A at events
- Adopt the Mission, Vision, and properly represent III Myles, Inc.
- Maintain records and e-storage of all images, videos, files, and graphics in a central location that is easily accessible by the Marketing Director
- Meet bi-weekly with Marketing Director
- Plan & promote restaurant and off-site marketing events
- Prepare monthly digital / social media data report
