Description :
i. Coordinate delivery of early intervention programming; pathways to success services,
ii. Supervise caseworkers and case managers
iii. Support families in the community as needed, by way of intensive home-based services
iv. Experience providing services to youth
Ability to manage a team that operates outside of conventional work hours
Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 30a-5 : 00p
Requirements :
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as required by regulatory standards
- Minimum 21 years old.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, young adults who have experienced complex trauma.
- Bachelor’s degree in the Human Services, Social Work, or similar field.
- 2 years’ experience in Crisis Intervention, Crisis Intervention Team (CIT), or similar stabilization methods.
- Ability to manage stressful situations with professionalism and decorum
- Knowledge of medication administration and adherence to healthcare protocols and procedures
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations specific benefits and reimbursement guidelines, including denial prevention.
