Compensation :
$109,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Always be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Stay up to date with the real estate market
- Write and submit offers on behalf of clients and effectively negotiate offers
- Manage all leads in our contact database, set & complete tasks in the system, and track / note client communications
Qualifications :
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Great communication and social skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Willing to be in the office Monday - Friday unless showing a home to a client
- Attend mandatory weekly Zoom meetings
- Attend mandatory monthly in-person meeting
- Attend all office training events
