Director, Production - Manufacturing - Dairy Plant - Valdosta, GA
We are seeking a Director, Production - Manufacturing for our Dairy Plant in Valdosta, GA. This role will report to the Site Sr.
Director and is responsible for all aspects of the production process. You will be responsible for developing and executing multiple business plans and projects, leading a team across multiple functions, ensuring business needs are met, and leading, developing, and implementing the business plan for the area of responsibility.

What You'll Do...
- Develop and Lead the Execution of multiple business plans and projects, identify customer and operational needs, develop and communicate business plans and priorities, remove barriers and obstacles that impact performance.
- Lead a Team Working Across Multiple Functions, provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, establish performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Responsible for all aspects of the production process, as well as shared oversight of financials and adherence to the budget.
- Ensure Business Needs Are Met, evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, consult with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders.
- Lead, Develop, and Implement the Business Plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals (for example, production, quality, safety) and implement operational improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00-$223,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock.

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in business management, agriculture, food science, or manufacturing operations management and 2 years’ experience in a senior management role within a manufacturing / food science operations environment, with responsibility for supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers / supervisors;
managing workloads; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide.
Option 2 : 5 years’ experience in a senior management role in a manufacturing / food science operations environment, with responsibility for supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers / supervisors;
managing workloads; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide.
2 years’ experience developing and managing budgets, managing profit-and-loss statements, developing manpower forecasts, monitoring regulatory compliance, and analyzing financial / operational data.

- Leadership experience in the Agricultural, Food Science, Manufacturing, or related industry.
