A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Compliance and Training.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor clinical trial activities for compliance with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs
Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies for quality enhancement
Provide training and support to clinical teams on quality control best practices and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
Minimum of 5 years of applicable industry experience in drug development
Robust understanding of FDA and ICH Guidelines, including Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
Proven experience in clinical operations in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with clinical management systems
