• Licensed to practice medicine in Oregon (active license required)
• Board-certified / eligible in a relevant specialty (NP - AOCNP preferred; PA - Oncology experience preferred)
• Current certification in BLS
• Experience using Epic EMR system (preferred)

Schedule and Patient Load :

• Schedule : Consistent 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts (flexible schedule for potential of 2 providers)
• Patient Load : Manageable; expect to see an average of 12 patients per day

Additional Information :

• Admissions and rounding are not required for this outpatient-focused position.
• There may be occasional days with limited physician support on-site, but experienced infusion nurses are readily available for consultation.
