We are looking for a dynamic professional with established relationships in the U.S. insurance industry to help grow and develop our insurance brands across the states where we operate.

General Description : In this role, you will work closely with our Vice President of Operations to enhance systems, processes, and tools that deliver effective solutions for our customers.

You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and strengthen our market presence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the construction industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong passion for achieving results.

  • Attend key industry functions, representing Johns Lyng USA and connecting with industry contacts.
  • Foster positive relationships and partnerships across various business units of Johns Lyng USA.
  • Exhibit emotional intelligence that distinguishes you from peers.
  • Think creatively and strategically to outmaneuver the competition and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Lead by example, upholding your principles without compromise.
