The Assistant Service Manager initiates contacts to develop new customers and maintains customer relationships with new and existing customer base.Acts as a liaison between customers, technicians, and other staff.Maintains consistent workflow with scheduling of appointments and contacting existing customers to schedule appointments in time frames based on their vehicle’s needs.What We’re Looking For :
Industry Knowledge : Automotive or transportation industry background preferred. Proven Leadership in a fast-paced environment. Attitude : Enthusiastic, positive, teachable Dependability : Punctual and reliable with strong time management DUTIES Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling appointments Greet and assist customers in person with professionalism and care Delegate work orders and tasks to mechanics based on schedule and priority Call customers with service updates and estimated completion times Maintain accurate notes and records in our service system Provide general administrative support to the service teamThis is only a snapshot of the duties preformed Skills Verbal communication Data entry and reporting Organizational and multi-tasking abilities Customer-focused Proficient in computer and scheduling systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Business degree in Logistics or related field 1 year of management experience or industry experience Product / Industry knowledge Powered by JazzHR
