We are in search of a Customer Service Representative based in Sanford, Florida. The chosen candidate will be a part of a dynamic team and will primarily handle customer inquiries, process applications, and maintain customer records.

This role is a short-term contract position with a focus on strengthening our customer service function and enhancing the overall customer experience in our industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a Call Centre environment
  • Handle and process customer calls efficiently and professionally
  • Establish and manage customer accounts, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet call center objectives and improve customer service
  • Utilize company systems to gather information, provide information, and update customer records
  • Resolve complex customer issues by engaging the appropriate departments and personnel within the organization
  • Support other service lines when required and complete cross-training with other departments such as Operations, Sales, and Billing
  • Efficiently manage customer complaints and service requests, escalating complex issues to the appropriate level when necessary.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role or equivalent.
  • Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing inbound / outbound calls for up to about 75 - 100 calls a day.
  • Experience in a call center customer service environment is desirable.
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy.
  • Capable of handling email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required.
  • Experience with order entry processes and systems.
  • Capable of scheduling appointments effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to solve problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. Higher education is a plus.
  • Must have legal right to work in the country of employment.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check in compliance with local laws and regulations.
