CRG is searching for a Customer Service Representative in Pompano Beach, FL! Our transformative logistics client is setting the standard for forward thinking solutions to deliver the highest level of value add to their customers.
This company supports services like e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing and distribution, with transportation management.
This client has reached an annual revenue of $9 Billion Dollars by setting clear long-term goals and creating a culture built around collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth.
Opportunity : Contract (6.5 months in length)
Pay : $16 / hour
Location : Pompano Beach, FL (100% on site)
Schedule : Day shift (40-45 hours per week)

Responsibilities :
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
- Monitor progress of delivery routes
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience within a call center environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
