Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA / PM) to join our team for a critical project at Client, focusing on banking and payments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both business analysis and project management within the banking industry, specifically dealing with payments-related projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of payments-related projects within the banking domain.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business, and external vendors to ensure project success.
Develop project plans, timelines, and manage resources to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
Conduct risk assessments, identify issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare detailed reports and present project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Client's internal policies.
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in a dual BA / PM role, specifically within the banking / financial services industry.
Proven experience in managing projects related to payments (ACH, wire transfers, credit card processing, etc.).
Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Experience with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP) or Business Analysis (CBAP).
