Responsibilities

  • Be a subject matter expert for the creator's policy journey; propose improvements within the journey based on data and cross functional feedback
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive product solutions that will improve the policy journey
  • Manage and deliver the go to market plan for the proposed product changes that will impact the end user
  • Create a strategy for creator stratification based on category, creator level and growth cycle; set regulations concerning rewards and punishment
  • Develop creator management strategies to reduce content violations while ensuring minimal impact to eComm growth

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Having at least 3+ years of experience in a social media or content creation company
  • A sense and ability of data analysis; proficiency in tools like SQL, EXCEL etc is a plus.
  • Great at communication, excellent at solving complicated issues, data-driven and self-motivated, and the ability to work and perform under stress
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to be able to work cross-functionally in ambiguous and fast-paced environment
