Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for loan boarding, maintaining loan database, and updating our system of record for loan modifications and assumptions
- Answer questions pertaining to all areas of loan servicing including payments, reserve accounts, taxes, insurance and analyze, customer issues and recommend solutions
- Process escrow disbursements, analyze and maintain proper escrow levels, and assist with compiling data for audit requests
- Respond to borrower correspondence via fax, email, and mail
- Troubleshoot issues with borrower accounts and resolving consumer complaints and disputes
- Perform Insurance and Flood tracking and all aspects of handling processing for Insurance and flood processing
- Work closely with the post funding team to ensure that all loans meet investor requirements
- Assist in application of payments to their respective loans
Job Requirements
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office suite
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills
