ABOUT THE POSITION
Schedule : This position works Monday to Friday from 7 : 30 AM 4 : 00 PM, allowing you to enjoy your evenings and weekends off-because we believe in work-life balance!
As a Customer Service Representative, you're the first friendly voice customers hear when they need help, calmly answering questions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth service.
You juggle calls, coordinate schedules, and make every interaction feel easy and professional-all while keeping the office organized and on point.
Before you know it, it's the end of your shift, and you're heading home-no evenings or weekend shifts to worry about!
