Residential / Commercial Sales Rep

Summary In the role of Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through effective negotiation and customer service strategies. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will leverage your skills in outside sales and account management to build strong relationships with clients. Your expertise in technical sales and CRM software, particularly Salesforce, will enable you to analyze customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. With a focus on B2B sales and business development, you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets. Duties : - Conduct door-to-door or inside sales calls to promote and sell products or services - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets - Identify and target potential customers in assigned territories - Present product information, features, and benefits to potential customers - Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions - Collaborate with team members and sales managers to achieve sales goals - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products Qualifications : - This is only open to US based location in Georgia. - Alarm experienced door to door required. - Must have a minimum of two years door to door experience. - Proven experience in sales or a related field - Strong ability to market, analyze, and understand customer needs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Previous experience in outside sales or technical sales is preferred - Experience in account management is a plus - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus We offer competitive compensation (commission based), including commission-based earnings, opportunities for career growth, and ongoing training and development.
