Property Sales Assistant

We are seeking a Sales Assistant for our property located near Bradenton, Florida who will assist the property manager in increasing tenants occupancy.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure homesites are properly repaired and cleaned to be shown for sale.
- Communicate with current and prospective tenants regarding the home sales process.
- Review, contact and document all inquiries from prospective tenants.
- Perform market research to remain informed of any changes to local demographics, competition, and tenant interests.
- Provide general office support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
