About the Position : The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for assisting dealers via in person, by telephone and email on parts lookup and ordering, returns processing and other sales, technical and customer service functions.
- Multi-tasking and familiarity with computer catalogs and order processing a must. Duties / Responsibilities : Sell company products and services to dealers by processing orders, providing price and delivery inquiries, providing answers to questions regarding range hoods, soliciting customer orders from dealers and suggesting additional products in a fast-paced multi-tasking environmentMaintains responsibility of orders from quotation to entering the purchase order in the systemResponds to customer / dealer inquiries in a timely mannerProcesses dealer / customers' orders and send order acknowledgements to the dealerReview open quotes and follows-up with dealer to convert the quote to a purchase order;
