Job Details
- 36s / 48s Rotating 6 : 30p-6am
- No Call
- Every other weekend
- Floating is required
- Traveler’s permanent residence must be 100 miles or >
from the hospital’s service area
- General orientation will begin on Sundays
- Sunday will be online CBLs
- Traveler any Sunday that you can complete the compliance documents by the deadline
- 16 hours of nonbillable orientation
- Hospital can cancel / call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36 / 36 or 36 / 48 schedule if there is a decrease in census
- Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease / decreased resource need without penalty
- Contract RN / LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as we prepare future nurses for the profession
- The clinical nursing student education responsibility is expected in addition to / alongside the provision of clinical care practice in every nursing specialty at Ballad Health
