- COVID-19 test required 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours prior. Job Description : - Provide high-quality physical therapy services to improve patients' mobility and function.
- Assess and plan individualized treatment programs for patients. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and wellness strategies. - Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and professional standards. This position requires a candidate who is proactive, compassionate, and dedicated to enhancing patient well-being.
