BluePearl is looking fora Veterinary TechnicianSupervisorfor our Emergency Services (ECC / ER / ICU) with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals at our Waltham, MA hospital.

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be a leader in a dynamic team of veterinary professionals. The ideal candidate will be excellent at training and mentoring.

As a Veterinary TechnicianSupervisor, you will

Serveas a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.

Coachteam members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.

Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.

Organize training schedules for Technician staff.

Identifyconflicts in the workplace andseekassistance in resolution.

Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.

Other related duties as assigned.
