CNC Machinist / Programmer
A precision machining company is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / Programmer to operate and maintain CNC machines, create and edit CNC programs, and ensure the production of high-quality parts.
Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain CNC machines and equipment
- Create and edit CNC programs using CAM software
- Ensure the production of high-quality parts by inspecting and measuring finished products
- Monitor and adjust machine parameters to optimize performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience operating and programming CNC machines
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and materials
- Experience with CAM software
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime as required
