We are seeking an LVN / LPN For Pediatric Private Duty / Shift Care Nursing to join our team!
Multiple positions available for Full-Time and Part-Time shifts.
Job site : Pasadena, CA
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
- G-Tube management
- Seizure Precautions
- Diabetes Management
- Medication / feeding tube administration and management
Qualifications :
- Experience with pediatric patients.
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields.
- Ability to build rapport with patient.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
