As the VP of Product, Systems, and Analytics at Intercare Therapy, I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced ABA Therapy Business Analyst with a focus on analytics, specifically in Tableau, to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations to provide insights into the company's clinical and business operations.
- Build and maintain Excel reports to provide data-driven insights to various stakeholders.
- Teach and coach team members on how to use Excel and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders within the organization to ensure that insights are communicated effectively.
- Contribute to the company's roadmap and strategic direction by analyzing industry trends and providing insights on how to position the company for success.
Job Skills :
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive insights.
- Proficient in Tableau, SQL, Excel, and Smartsheet.
- Proficient in Data Visualization.
Qualifications :
- Experience with Central Reach required.
- Experience in data analytics, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in Tableau for 2-3 years preferred.
- Experience creating custom SQL tables and views in reporting.
- Experience with DBT for 1+ years preferred.
- Experience with Amazon Redshift or other database management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
