About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $2257 To $2507 Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Home Health Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Per Contract Experience : 1 Year of Skilled Home Health Experience Required License : Pending License Accepted Certifications : BCLS Required Must-Have : Own Transportation, EPIC Charting Experience Preferred Job Description : Provide home health nursing care in the specified geographic area.
- Visit up to 6 patients per day, maintaining a 1 : 1 patient ratio.- Must work one weekend shift per contract.- Required to have references covering one year of employment within the last three years.
- Occasional driving radius may exceed 50 miles; system groups clients to minimize travel time.- While Oasis experience is preferred, it is not required.
- Adhere to charting using EPIC systems.- Maintain flexible scheduling but not block schedules.- Travel between facilities within the state is required if needed.
- Orientation consists of 40 hours.- Pre-completion and annual modules typically take about 16 hours.- COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory;
