Job Description

Job Title : Education Enrollment Coordinator

Pay Rate : $24-$30 / hour

Location : 100% onsite (Saint Paul)

Position Summary :

The Enrollment Coordinator will be integral in supporting the certification and registration processes for various programs.

The role involves extensive interaction with trainees, clinics, and potential enrollees to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in processing certification applications, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Manage registration processes for various programs.
  • Communicate with trainees and clinics to facilitate the enrollment process.
  • Follow up with interested individuals to recruit them into programs.
  • Discuss career growth opportunities and course offerings with potential enrollees.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a positive and professional manner.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite : Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Minimum of two years of administrative or clerical experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management abilities with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
