Job Title : Education Enrollment Coordinator
Pay Rate : $24-$30 / hour
Location : 100% onsite (Saint Paul)
Position Summary :
The Enrollment Coordinator will be integral in supporting the certification and registration processes for various programs.
The role involves extensive interaction with trainees, clinics, and potential enrollees to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in processing certification applications, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Manage registration processes for various programs.
- Communicate with trainees and clinics to facilitate the enrollment process.
- Follow up with interested individuals to recruit them into programs.
- Discuss career growth opportunities and course offerings with potential enrollees.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a positive and professional manner.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite : Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Minimum of two years of administrative or clerical experience required.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management abilities with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
