Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in the Medical Industry. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, including digital and traditional marketing channels.
You will be responsible for managing our brand, developing creative campaigns, and using data to drive decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of paid media, content creation, digital media, Google Ads, and graphic design.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.2. Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
3. Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.4. Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
5. Monitor progress and submit performance reports.6. Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications.
7. Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.8. Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
9. Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.
Qualifications :
1. Proven experience of 5+ years as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.2. Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO / Social media etc.
and market research methods.3. Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.4. Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.
5. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired.6. Well-organized and detail oriented.7. Exceptional communication and writing skills.
8. Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.9. BSc / BA in marketing, communications or equivalent.
