Job Details
Responsibilities :
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Ability to interpret Engineering drawings, blueprints, and / or schematics
- Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, ring, and thread gages
- Willing to work with and participate in internal and external audits
- Coordinate with Quality team and management to ensure finished and raw materials meet all quality requirements
- Tag and segregate non-conformance materials as well as alert department leads to pause production and / or hold stock from being shipped
- Independently address problems that arise within area of responsibility
- Interact effectively with other employees and other key stakeholders
- Report to Quality Manager and Quality Control Supervisor any product rejections, safety concerns, ideas for improvement, etc.
- Alignment with Company values of teamwork, integrity, and velocity
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements :
- 3 to 5-years of experience in a quality control / manufacturing environment is preferred
- Effective communication in English, verbally and written
