Qualifications
- You should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a valid Registered Nurse license from the Florida State Board of Nursing, and at least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Additionally, you must be knowledgeable in performance improvement processes and principles, as well as healthcare regulations
- If you have experience in developing and implementing performance improvement plans, that would be a major plus!
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and guidance to the healthcare team in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans
- Monitor and track performance improvement initiatives to ensure success and compliance with regulations
- Analyze patient care data to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement corrective action plans
- Monitor patient care activities to ensure quality standards are met
- Facilitate communication and education among healthcare staff
- Evaluate and review existing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce risks and increase efficiency in patient care processes
- Participate in healthcare quality improvement committees
