Customer Service Representative
Profit Coaching is looking for A Customer Service Representative who is expected to take personal responsibility for every interaction with a customer by providing World-Class service and by building customer loyalty, improve customer retention, and satisfying Global Customer Service goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Recommend process improvements.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues.
- Document all customer contacts through Salesforce.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell products and services.
- Acts as a liaison between key departments and customers.
- Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
- Adheres to assigned schedules to ensure appropriate phone and email coverage.
Requirements and skills
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Education
High school diploma
