School Speech Therapist
Location : Evergreen, AL
Full-time position available in a school environment!
Commencement Date : August 2024

Our team is expanding and we are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to provide exceptional care for our amazing clients.
Speech-language therapists specialize in the field of communication. They assess, diagnose, counsel, and offer rehabilitation for individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver transformative treatment, support, and attention to children and adults struggling with communication, eating, drinking, and swallowing difficulties.
Your role will involve assisting individuals facing physical or psychological challenges related to speech and communication.
Patients may have the ability to engage in other activities but require speech therapy. Additionally, you may have the responsibility of educating staff members about the benefits of speech therapy.
License or Certification :
Applicants must possess a current SLPA certificate prior to their first day of employment.
CPR certification, TB skin test, Auto Insurance, and Driver License are required.
Education, Training, and Experience :
Minimum requirement : Associate degree or completion of a Speech-Language Pathology assistant certificate program.
Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.
