You are responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction by engaging with all customers, enhancing the customer experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. You may be deployed in various areas of the store to meet business needs.

Compensation Information

Starting Rate : $18.58

Range : $18.00 - $19.00

Main Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and advising them on Skechers’ products.
• Execute detailed stock and product management routines; merchandising, stocking, and cleaning to create a premier shopping experience.
• Help train store employees on product knowledge and visual marketing standards.
• Maintain oversight of daily operations and troubleshoot any concerns with store management.
• May be responsible for the opening and closing of the store as needed.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Ability and desire to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for Skechers store employees.
• Enjoys solving problems and acts with a sense of urgency.
• Comfortable communicating with all levels of the store team.
• Flexible and motivated to provide excellent customer service.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
