Key Responsibilities
Increase Account Penetration : Travel within your assigned territory to make sales, solicit orders, and grow our share of wallet.
You'll sell both office and non-office supply categories, collaborating with specialists to achieve greater reach.
Service Existing Revenue : Maintain and service existing customer revenue by engaging in bids, contract negotiations, and re-bidding processes.
Ensure customer satisfaction by pulling in necessary support resources.
- Strategy and Execution : Develop and execute pricing strategies to ensure profitability. Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system and take ownership of data integrity.
- Leadership and Innovation : Lead the development of selling strategies, train coworkers, and implement sales initiatives.

Qualifications :
- Education : High School diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
- Experience : 5-7 years in a related field, with at least 5 years in Strategic Account Sales or Management. Proven record of exceeding goals at the C-Suite level is essential.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com).
- Sales Expertise : Experience in B2B selling to large enterprise accounts. Strong presentation skills and the ability to negotiate complex contracts with C-Level executives.
- Personal Attributes : Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work well in a team. Quick learner with a "hunter" mentality and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Travel Requirements : Must be able to travel regularly within your assigned territory to meet clients.
- Other : Valid driver’s license, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to read, write, and speak English.
