We are currently seeking a Credit and Collections Analyst with 3+ years of full cycle credit / collections experience.
This is a temporary position working onsite. Pay is $30-35 per hour.
Responsibilities for the Credit and Collections Analyst :
- Perform credit analysis and review financial statements for current and potential clients to set up credit limits
- Monitor and maintain customer accounts through collections, including call and emails
- Handle account adjustments and account reconciliations
- Process customer refunds, and resolve any discrepancies or short payments
- Prepare and manage the aging reports
Requirements for the Credit and Collections Analyst :
- 3+ years of full cycle AR / Collections / Credit experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong commercial collections experience
- Experience with setting up credit limits
