Job Description : Temporary Construction Manager
Overview : We are seeking a skilled Temporary Construction Manager to oversee all civil, mechanical, and electrical subcontractors for our upcoming project.
This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Please note that this is a temporary role with no guarantees of retention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate the activities of civil, mechanical, and electrical subcontractors on site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and addressing any delays or issues.
- Facilitate communication between subcontractors, project owners, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to plans.
- Review and approve subcontractor work plans, schedules, and invoices.
- Assist in problem-solving and conflict resolution as they arise on-site.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical construction processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
