The Landscape Construction Senior Project Manager will be the driving force within the Project Management department, executing plans created by ownership and operations, with whom they will work closely.
This role not only involves overseeing their own projects but primarily ensuring that the entire department’s execution aligns with the business's needs.
We are seeking a strong leader with extensive project management experience to elevate our team to the next level. Expertise in managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations is essential.

Experience Requirements :
- Strong understanding of project budgets and financial management.
- General knowledge of Commercial Landscape Construction.
- Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward unified goals.
- Excellent delegation skills to ensure team members are efficiently working toward common objectives.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges effectively.
- A strong desire to excel and drive success in the workplace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar software).
- Basic ability to read and interpret plans and drawings.
- Experience with software such as Bluebeam, Adobe, and Smartsheet.

Pay : $62,400.00 - $72,800.00 per year
