Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee full-spectrum program and project management activities, including resource scheduling, milestone planning, and coordinating tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Serve as the primary interface between stakeholders, including end users, technical services, and client divisions.
- Provide hands-on support to team members, assisting in meeting daily objectives and work requirements.
- Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, ensuring that all program requirements are met effectively.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to ensure seamless execution.
- Review and ensure adherence to quality standards for all project deliverables.
- Coordinate vendor tasks and oversee the integration of vendor deliverables into the project.
- Offer technical and analytical guidance to project teams to solve complex issues and optimize performance.
- Conduct bi-weekly stakeholder meetings to provide financial and technical reports, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on metrics that demonstrate service functionality and added value to the organization.
- Act as a technical advisor, implementing processes and procedures to enhance program management efficiency.
- Lead and motivate team members to align with customer goals and achieve project milestones.
- Deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project progress and outcomes.
Required Qualifications :
- 8 to 10+ years of experience managing federal government projects and contractor personnel.
- Hybrid position requiring both onsite presence and remote capability.
- Proven experience managing large teams and coordinating efforts with employees and vendors.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications :
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification, with extensive experience in resource management and project planning.
- Experience developing and managing metrics-driven project reports for senior management review.
- Familiarity with federal government regulations and contracting requirements.
